Gyms and Fitness in Falls Church, VA

29 businesses listed

Falls Church has a trail at its doorstep. The Washington and Old Dominion Railroad Trail, whose first stretch opened in the city in 1974, now runs about 45 miles on an old railroad bed, and the Four Mile Run Trail starts at Van Buren Street and heads toward the Potomac. Together they form a major bike commuting route into Washington.

Indoors, our fitness listings lean toward studios. Most of those inside the city sit on West Broad Street and North Washington Street, and they include yoga, barre, Pilates, cycling, boxing and personal training rooms, along with four locations of one interval training chain across the area and a couple of large gyms.

Summer heat shapes the calendar. July afternoons average close to 90 degrees at Reagan National, so outdoor runs and rides tend to start early.

About these listings

Every business on this page is listed with public facts only: name, street address, phone number, category and opening hours where we have them. We do not publish reviews, star ratings, review counts or photographs, and we do not publish business email addresses.

Many of these listings do not show a website link. That is deliberate. We compiled them from public records and we would rather a business owner tell us their own URL than guess at it. If one of these is your business, open its listing and use the update link, or request removal. A person reads either request.
