Breweries in Falls Church, VA

Three breweries make beer in the Falls Church area. One sits on East Fairfax Street in the city, a few doors from The Falls Church, the 1769 brick church that gave the city its name. Another is on West Broad Street, and the third is on Fallfax Drive, a street that spells its name that way, in the Merrifield area.

West Broad Street is Route 7, which inside the city crosses the Washington and Old Dominion Railroad Trail in the west end. The first stretch of that trail opened here in 1974, from Little Falls Street to Railroad Avenue, and it now runs about 45 miles from Arlington to Purcellville, so a ride and a pint are easy to combine.
